A compliment of inspection tools used as required.
All parts are inspected at each operation of the machining process.
Full inspection reports are available at customer’s request
We utilize SolidWorks along with Gibbs Cam CNC Programming software with 4th axis and full surfacing module.
We also utilize CMM Manager to program our Coordinate Measuring Machine.
